u say u can bench 250lbs but u have to tell us ur wieght too... if u wiegh 200lbs... not impresive... my dad is 140lbs hes 47 and he can still bench 300lbs lol... so tell me, pound for pound can u bench more than my old man... i can currently bench 171.42% of my body wieght n i just turned 14... so i dont care if u can bench 250 because if its less than 171.42% of ur body wieght.. then im benchin more than u lol...

oh yeah n i like pullups the best... but they arent good if u want to build up ur muscles (lats, forarms, n bicepts) because after a while they get too easy... same goes for sit ups and push ups... if u want to build it up you need to go low reps at a heavy wieght...

and i never really understood how peoeple can do pushups with their dick lol.. there isnt a muscle in there, but i imagine it to be very painful ne wayz

What the f**k are you talking about ?. Lifting weights is about being fit and having strength in certain muscles that allow you to lift - what you weigh has little or nothing to do with what you can lift.

Two people may weigh the same .. one can lift 250lbs and the other can't. Why ?. One is fit and has trained, and the other isn't fit and hasn't trained.
