Mr7 is right there arent enough 240sx around to get trendy, and besides most ricers go for newer cars. im not worried even if it did happen all of us know there just dumb fuckin ricers and they will loss intrest so ill just drive buy the ones who try and laugh cuz they dont have shit. that how i feel and im sticking to it.

On the east coast, I see plenty of riced 240s. I have maybe ONCE seen a 240sx on the street that was modded in the interest of real track racing (other than my own).

when you all see a clean civic that runs 12s, 13s, or even 14s, or one that owns a porsche in an autoX, do u think rice? i don't, and anyone who knows anything about cars wouldn't. not every civic is rice. even if we begin seeing riced 240s, the tasteful car tuners will stand out and not be labeled.

no offense to anyone but honestly, can't you stop worrying about everyone elses car and just work to make yours how you want it and then show all the little ricers up with their body kits, wings, tail lights, and muffler... cuz you know, a body kit adds 20hp, a wing 12hp, tail lights 8hp, and a muffler 30hp... adding a total of 0hp in real life... but let them think as they may and then you can blow them away

I'v said it before and I'v said it again, if your car starts to get a bad stigma attached to it, in this case one popular with ricers it kinda sucks. Thou you are still proud of your car and like it for what it is, it sucks to know that someone out there is making a bad name for it, sure it shouldnt bother you too much cause there car isnt your car, but you gotta admit it's nicer having people not have a biased opinion on your car before they know shit about it. Say theres 2 s13's in a small town and one jack ass run's around and worships uncle ben, and you show up and everyone thinks shit about the s13 cause of it, not that you have to prove somthing to somebody or that there opinon should matter all too much if at all, but...come on it's nicer not having that kinda shit related to your car, I thought about going domestic with the death of my last car..simply cause some of them are nice and dont have much of a bad rep, I was looking at a few chevelle's...nice nice cars even the malibu..anyway fuck that, I'm going for an s14...hope the one I'm checking out tomorrow isnt too bad.

You know it always crack me up when people get worked up over "rice" and/or someone ricing their brand. What is rice? There is no clear definition! And who really cares if some schmo wants to "rice out a 240 none of us own any rights to the name. If a guy wants do something let him.

Anyhow for the most part the 240's Ive seen a pretty tastefull. These ricers are going to emulate what they see. Ane what they see is really pretty cool if you ask me.

One other thought many 240 enthusiasts seemingly drool over the jap. tuner cars. A couple of pink ones come to my mind, while many people love them that color screams rice to me. Just my opinion though.

you guys should quit your worrying and crying, it's not going to do any good. People are going to do what they want to do. I fix my car to whatever taste suites me, and I could give a flying f#ck what anyone thought.

240s are no longer being made, and the remainder of them are dying out everyday as this drift thing gets more and more popular. I've already seen two sent to the junkyard. 240s will never be everywhere as Civics and Integras are. So cherish what you have, because in a year or two, they will be rare cars.
