Well the are fortunately doing something finally. In case some of you haven't heard the Lancer Evolution is finally coming to America. So all the rich punks with BMW'S better watch out.

I'm a Toyota and Nissan fan but, danm, the lancer is going to put a lot of the Uncle Ben rice mobiels to shame. I think right now we are seeing a turning point in the import sceen. at least here in Colorado i think most people are moving away from the civics and the accords and moving on to better cars. So hopefuly in the near future there will be less kids going from stop light to stop light thinking that the Blue haired lady next to them is trying to race them.

advantages: Good times for import enthusiasts Maybe a differentiation between rice ridin' ignorance and actual import enthusiasts disadvantages: I cant afford one of the new bad ass modible cars right now since im in high school........ well......there are two sides to every coin....

The Lancer Evolution's first US model year will be 2003 and it will book for around $25k which isn't so bad if you think what you're getting for the money. That's official, ask you Mitsu dealers. Also from what I've heard it should be very close to the JDM version of the EVO which is nice considering the toned down version of the WRX we got.
