BOOTLEGS!!!!!!! Scanalations of a licensed series are equally illegal to fansubs of a licensed series. Piracy, in whatever form for whatever purpose, should not be supported.

Your bias blinds you and allows your ignorance to show.
The manga was barely BARELY edited and technical details were not changed. How much of the Tokyopop manga have you read? I'll bet you stopped when they edited out the scene of Takumi imagining Miki and Natsuki having sex. Yes, they've tried to update and westernize the slang used to make it more understandable to readers who aren't familiar with Japanese counterculture. Big effin' deal. Tokyopop made a bad decision when they listened to the networks that didn't air the series. And, as a side note, Furi Kuri, FLCL, and Fooly Cooly are ALL acceptable titles for the series. Even Gainax will tell you that. It's a matter of Engrish. Consider, the FLCL title graphic, then consider that there is not a "L" sound in the Japanese alphabet, thus a rolled R is used in its stead. There lies your "edit". God, try watching the Streamline dub of Akira then you have something to complain about.

But i'll wait till like version 10 or something  I haven't played Initial D obsessively since i lost like 10 cards in the street for version 1. But they got version 2 now and i can't be arsed to play because A)don't want to go down to the Marina. B)Got no job.

There have been bug reports that if you play against Miki in the snow three times (total, wether is be in a row, beat LOS three times, or whatever), the card machine will bug up, and you will lose your car/times/points. Everything! So if you see a guy playing on the other machine agasint Miki in the snow! Force quit! But if you see a bugged DC2, do us a favor and play Miki three times
