Door locks are in the harness exiting the drivers door. It is a pretty big harness. On some trim levels the harness comes into the body of the vehicle and goes straight up, making access very hard. On those vehicles I pull back the rubber boot that runs between the door and the body of the vehicle, tag my wires there, and drop them into the vehicle. Otherwise you can go to the door lock timer, which should be behind the glove box on the right hand side.

My '93 eclipse 5-speed needs the clutch depressed to start, will i need to bypass that by myself to install a remote starter or do remote starters come with special wiring for that?

If you are planning to install the remote starter by yourself, bypassing the clutch switch should be of no problem whatsoever.

Be sure to put it on a switch b/c some cruse control systems cut off when the clutch switch is triggered. It will also help you to remember to leave it in neutral.

Guy's if you do this please be carefull!!! I'll tell you a story.
I work at a Chevrolet Dealer, customer drops off his 95 Z28 6 spd. Has a remote starter hooked up through his factory keyless entry and never made any mention of it to our service department. Technician goes to get the car hits the unlock button, the car starts up and takes off across the parking lot hitting 4 other customer cars, 2 NEW Corvettes and 5 Cavaliers before it finally comes to rest. Forgot to mention that it also hit our lot porter. So needless to say there is all this damage and who is to blame?
Customer is in deep poop because his system had the disclaimer about the manual trans, he didnt notify anyone and now he is in ine of the biggest lawsuits I've ever seen here.
So please, if you do this not only be carefull yourselves but please make sure everyone who ever may come in contact ie. service departments, body shops, friends, whomever is aware it has been installed.

Is your Caps Lock key broken? That's the third post of yours I've seen like that.
