corrrection
my bad....didnt realize it but i need to correct something...the turbo supras are not the new styles with the 2jz's...they were the body style b4 like 88-91 style supras.....but i swear up and down that i did race 2 cobras...and it was really close...but i pulled on them in fourth and they got me after 115 cuz i have a DAMN speed limiter

Im gonna have to raise the BS flag, I have many friends with LS1's, had a 2000 SS myself, and it will take one hell of an Integra to bump it, and may I ask what year cobra you refer to? Cause a 2003 can no prob through down a straight up 12.8, and many stock camaro's, automatics can beast out a 13.5, if the person can launch.
You would need a monster turbo, I mean MONSTER to pull on those cars, or a fully built car, with a stroked motor, wieght reduction, and a piss load of other stuff. Sorry man, but without video, imma call BS, when I see the tapes, I will happily retract my statements.

well...its understandable not to believe me...and i dont believe it sometimes either like i said...but i know what i raced...and they werent the NEW style but like prolly 95 or 96 style cobras...but im not well educated on "american muscle"

Oh its cool, American Muscle Lesson;
4th gen (98-02) LS1's (camaro's and firebirds) 320hp claimed, but highly under rated, more like 320-330 at the wheels 3rd gen (93-97) Lt1's, like 285hp, but not too fast, but mods on them can quickly bump them up 03 Cobra, claimed 390hp, highly underrated, more like 400 at the wheels 99/01 Cobra, 320hp, if the 99 has the recall done. Fast, but can be beaten 99-03 Gt's 270 hp advertised, but like 220 at the wheels, nice torque though, had one, and headers, exhaust, and some gears, easily mid-low 13's car. 94-98 cobras, well 94/95 were 5.0 liter, which have the potential to be beast, but they only got like 230hp stock, the 96-98 move to a 4.6 liter, with around 280hp (at the cranK) not too fast, but very respectable Corvette, 97-03, base 350hp, ZO6, like 405 HP, beast! Thats all i wanted to rant about

I don't think this guy will be much faster than a type r, and i think that the ls being heavier than a type r will make up for the difference, but if he is faster than only slightly because of a little more compression.

oh and another thing, where does this guy live? just the fact that he has raced so many cars that are hard to come by and that you don't see often, smells a little fishy to me.
I think that for me i've only seen like five or six supras on the street in my life (doesn't include at track or shows) and two of them were in the past year, so how does he just happen to throw up a list with two turbo supras, a fairlady z, a shitload of american muscle, etc. it just seems like he made up a wishlist of cars and said he beat them with his possibly low 14 car

alrite...if ppl wanna be cocky about shit then so be it...for one thing...ive raced so many diff cars...because im addicted to racing...its my thing...i race anything that i think has potential...id race a viper if it passed me by...cuz i dont care...MUSTANGS arent very rare...the COBRAS that i have raced were COBRAS that are owned by HILLBILLYs in my area...they may have not been the fastest year COBRAS that there are...but they were COBRAS...and the FAIRLADY Z...i saw the car the other day...and its not twin-turbo...had my hopes up...but its just some homo with a sticker...i know what i have raced....and i know what i have beat...its your choice to believe it or not...but i could care less

and about the turbo sup's...they are both owned by a friend of mine...and if ur dumbass read the threads b4...i noted that they were NOT the 2jz Supras...they were the older body style TURBO SUPRAS

I was just refering to how I just can't see how with the mods he has that he beats these cars, ok maybe the z isn't turbo, and the supras aren't the fastest ones but still cobras,and the camaros he listed still put down very respectable times that I just don't see those mods making for him, maybe down the road with some more work but not now. he even said himself he doesn't have a good header or any of that stuff. He doesn't Have even basic bolt-ons?? think about what he said he has... 1.Enlarged throttle body 2.ITR intake manifold 3.CTR 12:1 pistons i'm sorry but i can't believe that those three things will put him into the low 13's if it did i think alot more people would do it. and if it did why wouldn't a type r run low 14's instead of high 14's and why wouldn't a gs-r with itr manifold and 12:1 also run a 13???? I mean a gs-r has what 10:1? and runs mid 15's?? so those mods makes a big difference for under 1000 dollars i would guess? and also can he even run 12:1 in that engine without it having problems really soon???? I read something the other day that said anything over 11.5 was dangerous, but I also don't believe everthing i read so maybe that was wrong. not trying to be a dick or anything just curious and if i'm wrong correct me and yeah definitely run your car and post a time, cuz if you hit close to a 13 with that setup then i'm doin it to
