Yeah, an LS has 140hp/130tq...the b16 head should give you about 30-40hp depending on set up and installation.

they have all different set ups for lsvtec or crvtec. they have all the dyno charts and all the parts added on. really good site. oh, and jdmsweetz, look for my on my aim screen name. it's the same name as on here. we should chat. thanks.
