After you get your truck back from the dealer and PAY them find out what the problem was then go home and call around to local service stations/garages and see what someone else would have charged. If you are to embarrassed afterwards to let us know I think we will all understand.

Re: 92' S10 Problems:
Check your block temp sensor. It caused mine to do the very same thing. The TBI goes into full choke mode and you can barely get the truck to limp along. The cat gets cherry red as well from all the un burnt fuel in the exhaust.
I replced a shit load of stuff before putting it on a Diacom unit my brother had and finding the $4.00 temp sensor was saying the block was -400 degrees. The computer than put itself into full choke mode so that it would cold weather start and was waiting for the block temp to rise. Of course the bad sensor never lets that happen so there you are getting about 1 mile per gallon and a truck that can only limp along choked to death with fuel. Hope this helps, Carl |

Re: 92' S10 Problems:
check the fuel lines and see if all that shit from the two stroke plugged it up, also check the fuel filter to see if its clogged, because when u step on the gas if it runs like shit then its not getting enough fuel. even if you checked the fuel pressure, its not saying how much it can pump. also replace the fuel pump.
