Hell no! They would get a Neon, but not Marvin. Once I get a different car, I am gonna keep Marvin parked except for the occasional Sunday drive and take it to classic car shows 27 years from now That is, if it is feasible for me to keep it. Who knows? Regardless if I had money I would buy my kid(s) a decent first car, but after that they are on their own.

So a kid asked his parents for a car on his sixteenth birthday. His parents said "bring your grades up, clean your room, and get a haircut". So the kid studied hard and got straight A's. He then asked for a car again. His parents told him to clean his room and get a haircut. So the kid went and spent all weekend cleaning his room. By Monday morning, it was spotless. He asked again. His parents told him to get a haircut. He said "But Jesus had long hair!" To which the parents said

"Yes. And Jesus walked. So can you."
