I found in Testors catalog colors which could exactly match what I need:
Here is the recipe from Tamiya's colors: 3 parts of buff 3 parts of flat white 1 or 0,5 part of orange mix it together (orange adds some gloss) It looks almost exactly like a seats in pic I posted above!
