When mine was done i was told that anything over a 40mm drop you needed a certicate.

If you are buying a lowered car it would pay to check it out.

The whole thing is senseless. Yes I agree any yahoo dumping desiel or any other subtance on the roads is a complete tosser! They are the ones that should wind up losing their cars, lic. the works!

I have always owned performance car since I was old enough to drive. My first car was a 1969 Chevelle Super Sport. Now I am considered a bloody boy racer because I fall into a generalized catigory because of the type of car I drive.
