I'm curious as to how your car runs? Aren't the JE pistons 8:8-1 compression? That must drive horrible with that low of compression, yet nothing boost wise to negate the difference. How are you tuning it currently? If you're going with all these parts, might as well just custom fab up a turbo kit, got to be lots cheaper than a kit price.

Well , considering the stock turbo 1G's compression is 7.5:1 , I'd say that was an improvement. Most non-performance non-turbo engines ( 420A anyone ? ) have about a 9.0:1 rating.

My buddy that owns Kauffman Motor Sports is handling everything for me and teaching me as we go along. So i'll keep you posted if you are really interested.

Stock rods?

What does the car run like now, no engine mgmt, I assume. New compters are picky with mods

How big of a turbo?
How big of a shot of nitrous?

no more then 14 psi turbo and i don't know yet what i'm going to do for NOS i have mix feeling about it.
