Have the odd nap during the day....but not very often.

I'm sure i have a problem with sleeping as i can have about 3 -5 hours at night and i feel like i have had about 25 hours sleep and still feel fine for the whole day

I don't take naps. Usually as soon as my body is tired, I just knock out and wake up whenever it is that I wake up.

Well, today it was pouring rain, and I found myself having to walk across campus into 'no man's land' for a training session to drive college vehicles (something that is required of me, not something I want to do). My clothes were soaked through when I got out there, and were even more soaked through when I got back. I hate how wet jeans plaster to your legs. So, when I finally got home, I was worn out, and thought a nap sounded wonderful. I peeled out of my jeans, and no, that's not an exaggeration, and I crawled under the covers. I was so cold and wet that I was shaking as I curled up and tried to go to sleep, but eventually I did...and woke up two hours later. Naps are wonderful sometimes. So now, I'm sitting here, with my jeans in front of my heater...slowly drying while I'm curled up in a quilt, quite toasty warm. Side note: I slept through dinner. Oh well...

Just thought I would share my latest nap with everyone. I'll leave you alone now.

Personally, i am not much of a napper...i guess because it just feels odd to be in bed when its light outside....i am just use to pluggen along when i am tired...although, now that i am in school away from home, i am finding the idea of naps very alluring

:flash:
