In that picture my car is sitting on the street, right in front of it is a curb about 6''-8'' tall which you can't see in that picture I guess. So thats why it looks like my lights aren't pointed right.

my first set of projectors (which i wrecked) had low and high bulbs in the correct places. but my second set had highs in both spots, and already were modified to fit. they work well.
