Surprisingly enough, they are really comfortable (but like I said earlier, they have to be a good brand). Heaps better to wear under jeans than normal bikinis and now that they've invented the hipster g-string, it's even better!!!

In the case of Amy Fadhli it comes from exercise, exercise, exercise and an EXTREMELY clean diet!! Same for all the fitness competitors. That’s the diet and exercise program I’m following and it works real fast, but it’s certainly not easy!!
