Seriously look into the WRX. Theyre what? $20k? For $3k you can turn the car into an LS1/4.6 killer. Should suprise the hell out of some of the stock pony cars

some of the stock pony cars
Once i go blown, my car will definitely be something to fear. Nothing better than a twinscrewed 450rwhp blowned daily driven stang

This will be their expression during the race---
and this will be mines throughout the whole time

ha!

Too expensive for my liking, installations a PITA, no shop here is reputable to do an install/tune for turbos and the ones that are arent cheap. Besides, dont turbos generally come in at 3krpm? The twin screw has boost throughout ALL rpms which is what i like and which is where i do most of my driving.
It would be nice to get a turbo, but untill more companies come out making turbo kits for a stang that arent over $5500 im going with the supercharger.

that is why i recomended a custom one......for under 4 grand you shoud be able to get one installed.....and that thing with turbo lag its a thing of the past.....nowadays turbos have very little lag and are extremelly effcient.....

i know you like superchargers but it would be cool to be different from all the pony guys out there and their superchargers

Oh the twin screw is different. Its been a product in the making for years... actually it has Kenne Bell is finally answering the many people that have been wanting to get their blowers... Check out these dyno graph

The non-intercooled is also making some decent power with 351hp/351ft.lbtrq and thats at 6psi, all this to the wheels!!
Dont get me wrong, i like turbos and they are by far the best way to gain power (seen some dyno sheets and theyre ) but i just love the sound of a blower screaming at WOT

SRT-4 for sure, 400 bucks for 240 hp at the wheels as a Stage I kit, but you could wait for the Stage II, Stage III will be illegal though. Not sure the price of Stage II but it should be out soon. Fast lil car man. OR you could do with the power you have, lower it and put wider tires on it, or LSD.

If we are talking about new cars from the dealers, I think a $23k WRX is barely feasible. A Neon SRT-4 + Mopar Stage 1 kit hit just $20k!

Here's the link to the $400 Stage 1 kit... it basically consists of a set of performance Mopar injectors and a reprogrammed chip.

SRT-4 gets my vote. Best bang for the buck out there. I want to get one, but I'm not sure because I have no credit and I'm 18 years old.
