The color is actually a nail polish called "Cherry Brandy". I also used it on a 1959 Impala I'm in the process of building. The grey is just wet sanded Floquil primer with a nail polish pearl coat.

SWEET Job !!!!
I also have this kit, the "Double Whammy" both the original and the re-issue. I havent completed it yet but I did rob one of the engines for my Corvette Gasser project. ![]()
