Hey just a questiom..


I dont see how you crashed... If the light was yellow you would be sweet.. There is a buffer of one full seccond minimum from when your light goes red to when his go green so i dont see how he would have had the time to get into the intersection. Seems to me like he either jumped the green (and was a blind fuck not to notice u wernt going to stop) or he was turning across your lane and had a blacked out green (meaning he gives way to you) and seeming the lights went orange expected you to stop so he just went..

If you could enlighten me it would be much appreciated

also, rufes, i started braking when the light was yellow, it was red by the time i reached it

Dang dude, sorry to hear. Figures, when you don't have liability these things happen... Well, I know you'll find some awesome deal or loop-hole or something and end up with a 03 BMW Z4 or something, then everything'll be fine .
