Should be able to beat those slugs as they run low 15's standard (15.2sec quoted)

The VX R8 has 255kw, the VT has 250kw, either way theyre as quick as each other should be low 14's, about 14.2sec, not much faster than a SS commodore which would pull close to that as well despite less power (less weight too).

Is it unmodified? they can gain up to 20rwkw just through a decent exhaust!

I used to have have a V8 VS Commodore Manual with Extractors and 3" exhaust..
It used to Beat stock R32GTS-T's with an exhaust.

It also used to pull in the WRX stockys once I hit second then when I hit 3rd good bye.. But I sold it coz it would cost to much to get it going harder....

It had close to 140rwkw's

From memory i know guys with power figures ranging from low 170rwkw's to 190rwkw for their Clubsports, stock.

120kw at the wheels is crap, not true.

Up the boost and you should have no worries denjam but stock for stock if they can drive they should have you.

Another R31 Kill

Another Kill to the Humble R31. I was on they way down the street when a young VN P plater desides he is going to give me a run at a set of light. I was thinking piss off stupid, but as the lights went green he gunned it, and I went fuck it and droped the clutch, side by side until I went into third and took about half a car lenth on him and started to edge away, so he backed off. I thought a VN would be in front with the V6, to a stock RB30, but hey! chalk up antoher one

Skylines are a hell of a lot nicer and feel safer when pushing it hard over the commonwhores... Feel so much smoother.. powersteering feels nice brakes feel really nice.. I like the turbo feel over v8's....

The car i had before the vs was a VL Commonwhore rb30E.. Manual.. with a 2 1/2 exhaust.. that went pretty good..
used to be quicker off the lights than my mates v6 VS commonwhore and up top they were exactly the same...
I think the powerfigures for the rb25de's are around the 140kw is that right.. the rb30e is about 118kw.. would be curious to see how the rb25de's go...

Slip

The motors as stock as a rock the only change is the HR31 5 speed. This is my old car, My GT Passage is still sitting on the docks in Japan, Steve (MR_GTR)is going over to Japan in a couple of days and will give it a run and get some more photos of it . It comes in to Aus in January as it reaches its fifteen years and dont have to pay $3000 for a compliance plate. so I am getting itchy feet. I might even take on VS V8's then
