Oh, yeah... I can't use the AIM express at work like KW said because of the stupid firewall.

But back to the topic, I noticed that ICQ is insanely slow. I hope that this is just now and that it is actually faster than what I am seeing.
works quick for me, it takes like a second to send the message
most people around here have ICQ and MSN, less have AIM and even less for yahoo

I use AIM and ICQ, I prefer ICQ it just has a lot more functions.
However a lot of people I sometimes need to talk to use AIM, so I have no choice there.
Both have thier good and bad points, the invisable mode on ICQ is great, means I can just be picky about who I want to talk to, and not have to worry about being pestered by people I cant be bothered with.
Of course AIM is more of an instant chat than instant messanger, sentances tend to be shorted, and conversation a lot faster, With ICQ you tend to write longer more in depth messages. Its a little more intellctual.

I use AIM the most, easier IMO.
ICQ can get annoying, so it's on and off, depending on my mood.
Yahoo p!ssed me off so I quit using that as often as I used to.
MSN is on most of the time too.

I've had ICQ for like, three months now, and I still have no idea how it works. AIM is so much easier to use.
