I appreciate everyones opinions.....I think I will just do both
 .....and its actually a New Civic....my SI sold over a year ago....so its not primered....its just a boring 89 DX....for now

don't get those wheels because that's what i'm getting! hahaha j/k those wheels look so dope. i love the circuit 8s... wheels with darker colors and polished lips look soooo good when they're rollin... esp. on a lowered car.... and even MORE so on a 4th gen!
personally i would do motor... get the sleeper effect.

Im going to buy the ZC and a set of Cirquit 8's I think....Might aswell do both....then in a few months Im going to sell the wheels for a set of 17" Axis Maglites.
