That is not true

4-2-1 better low rpm, better middle, and the same high rpm
4-1 worse low rpm, better middle, and way better high rpm
(tip from mechanic that is doing rally cars in here he know a lot!!!)

And there is one trick:
It depends on how good header you wanna buy
mugen and all other great brands guaranty that you'll
get better low rpms also with their 4-1 or at least it'll
be better from some decont low rpm like from 4000rpm
it'll start pulling better...
