Thanks

Some more painting and clearcoating.

Chrome is a Spazstix. Next step is to paint engine which is going to be PITA...

Re: Honda Super CUB Fujimi 1/12

You're going to have to do some exceptional masking when you paint the engine on this little puppy, but you will pull it off as usual .

gpz900ra7.

True, masking was a major PITA The outcome is pretty OK and I have had to do only one paint correction.

I have added engine nuts, new oil cap. Carburator is glued in place as well as air intake. Now working on rear shocks and trunk (not sure if it is a right word...)

More masking and painting little things:

This time I have drilled holes in masking tape (2,5mm). Painted with Tamiya TS-14 and Spazstix Chrome.

Glad you like it!

Exhaust is redy to go. Chrome prepared with Tamiya TS-14 and Spazstix. It is not the best I acheived but I think is pretty OK.

Re: Honda Super CUB Fujimi 1/12

Headlight finished:

I have started wheels. clean up as well. Inner parts have been already painted because painting it after completion would be PITA. I have used Gunze SM Chrome Silver.
Both wheel parts were cleaned up and glued with CA. I believe that most of the "monk job" is still ahead of me. I will have to get rid of a seam line of the glued two halves. I hope that CA will flood most of it.

Re: Honda Super CUB Fujimi 1/12

Slowly going forward... Not happy with the wheel outcome. I will leave it as it is. Seat is painted (mix of Gaia Premium Red, Tamiya XF-7 and Gunze Wine Red and Tamiya TS36) and looks fine to me. Dulled with Gunze Super Clear.
