Re: 360 Cs Blu Notte

Engine and engine bay workd done:

I reworked the disc hub, I unliked the PE nut and stuff I PEtched previously, redone "3D" with brass tubes, inner pipe burnished: (that hub only for the side with unmounted wheels)

Brakes and shocks completed:

PE air mass sensors, burnished latter

Airbox, badge carbonized, surrounded with a PE alu shape, fasteners with BMF alu

And the completed job, net works on body...

Re: 360 Cs Blu Notte

You have more detail in this than there is in the 1/1

(you know I am just jealous of your skill )

Re: 360 Cs Blu Notte

Well, that is actually quite a normal amount of work, detail and attention going in a model. If you're from the planet Zork.

It's (to earth standards) Ballistic! Your engine bay shots bring tears in my eyes , but i like it!

Good super super super job pal!

Re: 360 Cs Blu Notte

Thanks guys, updates:

I reworked Z-tunes tyres to match the CS's sizes

Window trims

Shields masking: the tip I use for a correct alignement

Engine hood: Cs haven't warmer: sanded down and polished.

Rims:

Engine hood carbon surrounds: Painted matt black, than silver (grigio alloy matt) than Grigio titanio (matt) than black over a 80grit steel mesh, better at naked eye, really a fast and great way to apply carbn on flat (or semi-flat) surfaces

Eng. hood grills, in two p.etched pieces

Rear glass mounted

fitting test for grills: some set up needed

back grill, detailed with tail lights and logos

Re: 360 Cs Blu Notte

It's a week (or two lol) ago that I've found this topic. I couldn't write any comment, yet. Beacuse I just look for the right word. And now I find a little one: beautiful.

I have to say thank you for this topic and your awesome job, I learnt a lot of things from this build, and from your "How to PE lesson". Thank You! Again.
