SAS 350Z -=Pix=-

Here's another one of the famous SAS Nissan 350Zs. The rear bumper was left out tho. Hats off to Chris - awesome transkit!!!
The car is painted Tamiya Mica Red and sitting on Fujimi Andrew Racing Dish. Everything else is as per the instructions. I misaligned the resin hood and front bumper and so the lights couldn't be fitted perfectly. And also, the glass was poor fitting - of course, I don't know if this is due to the misaligned hood, but I do remember someone mentioning that they also had some glass fitment problems. All in all, usual tamiya quality. Appologies for the quality of some of the pix.

Cool! Love that colour. I've still got to get a guest gallery added to my site so we can display all these.

The front and hood can be a bitch to fit, but certainly do-able with a little care.

Nice car, I like the SAS add on. You should put it in the 350z Meeting tho.

The only drawback... the Fujimi wheels aren't big enough leaving big empty space in the wheel arch... visible in the side shot.

Thanks for all the comments guys!

flyonthewall First time with resin and I find that super glue ain't my friend! But, you're right - a little tlc is all thats needed to get the hood right!

Martbee I do agree about the wheels - the arches are waaay too big...oh well

chrismcgee I don't think the car can be lowered any, the way Tamiya have built it.
