Question ?'s about 300zx diff.

I have a chance to buy a diff. from a NA 300ZX for $200.
I was wondering all what parts are needed for it to work in my 89 FB?

I read I needed to change the cover and somethin about the cv shafts too. Also something about using metal spacers too...

I wanna know more about the swap before I do anything.

Old S13,didn't you do this to your car?I need more info on the swap...

Hmm...thats easy.

I read that I needed spacers or somethin to use the z32 dif' in my car cuz the on the z32 they're are mounted using bushings.Differentials on s13 are mounted metal to metal.
Is this right?
