Good fuel pump/injectors for a 50shot? (MSD questions too)

i want to do a 50 shot after some engine work so it can handle it better but i hear that you can really mess things up if you do nitrous on older cars without upgrading the fuel pump and injectors. what is a good fuel pump and injectors for a 90 integra GS paired with a 50 shot.

if i got upgraded fuel pump and injectors before the NOS what kind of performance gains would i see (horsepower)?

i also had a question about some MSD products.
1.) would MSD 6A work on a 90 integra
2.) would MSD 6AL work on a 90 integra
3.) is 6A or 6AL better?
4.) how much horse power could i expect from MSD 6A
5.) how much horse power could i expect from MSD 6AL
6.) what is a blaster coil and how much horsepower could i expect from getting it?

and a spark plug wire question
what spark plug wires are the best, i dont want nology hotwires in case those are the best cuz $150 is a little INSANE for some wires.. i was thinking of getting OBX 10.3mm plug wires

Walbro fuel pumps are good and not drastically priced. Are you using a dry kit or a wet kit, if you are using a wet kit then fuel injectors would be useless. And the plug wires, just get a set of ACCEL wires they fit perfect and work great, I have a Jacobs Ice Pack and the wires hold up with it.

don't know about the differences in ignitions, but they you won't gain any peak horsepower. Just betetr spark so possibly your hp curve will be different and you will have afster trottle response. I have ngk plug wires and iridium plugs. Works great. $40 each.
