Are you implying you want to sell the blazer and get a car? or do you already have money? Or what? What are you looking to spend?
I can tell you right now that an RX-7 is not a reliable car whatsoever.
Do you like imports (Honda/Acura, etc) or domestics (cavalier, camaro, mustang, etc)?

Mid-later 90's GSR integra. They are quick and easy to modify to make it faster cuz of the huge selection of aftermarket parts for them.

Have you ever owned one? Or have you just heard stories? The only thing unreliable about RX-7's are the stupid people that tune them. If you know what your doing, they will last forever.

By the way, the 2nd gen RX-7 is the most reliable SCCA ITS class car.

I know of 3 people that own RX-7's and don't touch them other than routine maintenance. And not one lasts more that 100K on an engine. 1 guy has 2 replaced already, he's at 170K miles I think. Another is a girl that putts it around, she had an engine replaced at 90K, currently has 110K. The other I don't know how many miles, but not one of these people beat their cars, and keep them maintenanced.

that might be your problem... My race car had 180k miles on it before the engine died, and I beat the shit out of it all the time... When they do the maintance, do they take it to the dealer, or do it themself? Dealers dont know shit about RX-7's. Were the RX-7's N/A or turbo charged?

All are N/A, and 2 get maintenance from the same Garage I do. The one is my best friend, and he is very anal about keeping his car in immaculant shape and up to par in maintenance.
