I guess you get used to seeing stuff like that out here. Its nice, but I try not to stare too long because I dont see it as something I would want to ever own. I mostly look at those cars and admire the fine craftsmanship, thats about it.

I was blessed about 10 months ago to see and drive next to a McLaren F1, this is the second one I've seen on the streets out here in LA. The car sounded quiet and the lights looked quite antiquated, it was at night time. I have to admit though, it sure was nice. In the daytime, it looks like a million bucks, literally.

I love seeing the newer cars like the Murcielago (sp?). They not only perform well but also light up the road. I also saw a new Maserati sports car the other day, wasnt sure which one it is.. must be new. The bumper went under and around the exhaust, very sporty looking.. but clean.

I saw a Mclearen and a Jag XJ220 In england when I was 6 and the expereince has stayed with me forever.

I also saw many nice JDM cars in Barbados(dads birthplace): Toyota Chaser/Mark II, Toyota Levin/Trueno(AE86,92,101,111 with 20V) Mazda Lantis(think 323 5 door with 2.5V6) Mitsu FTO, Lancer Evo 4-6, Countless STi, and some RWD Skyline Coupes and Sedans...

They are quite common, go to MotorEx and see them in person.. they are out here in Torrance, CA. That is, if you are ever in SoCal.

Skylines have been popping up all over the place, no biggie. My friend has one, its just another NISSAN (just a very cool NISSAN).

I dunno about that, I am sure there are a few used in off-road racing events.. you just gotta get more involved in the scene.. there are lurkers everywhere.

ps: You dont need to use my post in your autosig, it takes up so much room! maybe make the font smaller so that we dont waste all that space. I think people get the point. Besides, you have me here yelling "LIVE" .. no need to quote me.

I saw a R32 GT-S or such once out at Moroso, was a regular street car guy was just driving it. Wasn't a GTR though, I think I was about the only mofo there to recognize what it was LOL I was the only person to walk up to it and ask the owner some questions or even look at it, the image of seeing my first and only skyline in real life is etched in my mind, god that car has some class, 100x more classy then the rx7/NSX/GTO

you guys are so lucky just to see Skylines around there, all I see down here is BMW's and Mercedes the best I get is an M3 (which is still pretty tight) but probably one of the coolest japanese cars ive seen is actually my brothers, he has a Silver S14, its pretty tight.

once a month cause the dude who owns it is a realtor and made deals with merck and hes loaded also got a RR and antoher ferrari mainly drives the RR though hes a cool guy i've talked to him a few times so i see a RR like all the time its' funny when friends not from my town see it i don't even look twice anymore they filp out lol. Sadly not all the town is like that i can't even afford the MPFI swap for my EF then again i'm still looking for a job lol. theres a kid whos dad owns a oil company and his kid has 2 vipers some lawyer has a blown NSX. there rare to see though. I live in an uppermiddle class area so i see so many E classes and SUVs it makes me cry and dear lord the ricers are few but there so friggen dumb worse then most have never heard of JDM so thats a good thing but it's funny to talk to them and say the word spoon and trust and see there clueless look.

hahaha:silly2: :silly2: i know what you mean, almost noone knows about Japanese cars here. They all refer to them as ricerockets, every single japanese car. Sometimes it pisses me off because they have no clue what a real tuned up Supra or Rx-7 can do and they don't even know what a ricerocket really is.
RiceRockets:badass:
and for all those people that think every single japanese car is a rice rocket :finger: :finger: :finger:

I dont mind the term "Rice Rocket," just gives me more incentive to call American cars "Domestic Trash" and call German cars "Shiezer Mobiles."

I see a black R32 and a white R33 GTS almost everyday, and I live in Colorado. The black R32 is a shop here in town called Joule, and the white GTS is mine. Granted, it has no motor right now, but its still a Skyline
