front bumper???

i wanted to know if i can put an 89 si bumper on my 90 si hatch??? Do i need to mod anything to make it fit properly????

Good question. I also want to know if a CRX front bumper can fit on a 90hb?

for both q's without modding some other part of the car, the bumpers will not interchange.

no disrespect to the last person that wrote but i do believe that an 89 bumper will fit a 91 hatch cause i have done it, but as for the hatch/crx thing, they definently dont fit, the CRX one is too small.

I have a model 88-89 civic HB but it's year 90' and it had on 88-89' bumper when I bought it, but after my little accident front bumper was ruined and I liked the 90-91' better that is why I put that one on and it didn't need any modiffications...At least in my case!

well the only problem going from 88-89 to 90-91 is that the bumper lights are bigger in 90-91, and the corner lights are curved a slightly different way then the 88-89 so without some modding, they dont fit.
