buick regal's with attitude! t-type,gn,and gnx produced 1984-1987 with 3.1 turbo v-6 engines t250r trans their are many good books available with a vast amount of info. apx 50,000 units built and considered the fastest the production car ever! mass produced by an american car manufacturer. these beauties stopped lossing value in 1989 and corvette could not touch them until 1992 with a vehicle off the show room floor! 84-85 had non intercooled engines producing more torque with less hp, 86-87 produced more hp with less torque on intercooled engines. these beasts with enough hp to raise the right front tire off the black top from a stand still with no mods will go into the history of americas muscle cars last stand before front wheel drive took away our power and dreams of fast rear wheel drives that can bring it to the pavement and smoke the rear tires to melt!
based on a v-8 350 buick block with 2 cylinders chopped off, the design was odd fire but changed to even fire for balance and output. truly a dream of technolgy but alas now we have to change to trucks or something from the days of yesteryear to have the sky fill our vision of the windshield as our feet tromp the pedal and our 200 300 + hp metal steeds allow us to have the moment of glory and control! turbo buick a moment in history! if you can, enjoy the last years of americas rear wheel muscle! |

gn569, any reason for that post?
Anyway, look on the passenger side of the car, underneath of course, about 1 foot and a half in front of the wheel It looks like a cylender. It may be on the driver's side, but other than that, I dont know. |

Ach.
I found it. It was in front of the rear, driver's-side, wheel. Encrusted with rust and trapped behind brake lines. I got it off. It didn't fix my crappy acceleration problem, But I succeeded in changing it. -baalsz
