Angry Import Tax :(

I got the Altezzas yesterday and a few other things, from (91EF3ZC) cheers mike

anyway when i got home from work dad says "do u want the good news or the bad???"

I said good, then he says "your lights have arrived, and the bad is you owe me £50 ($80) for import tax!!!!!!!"

I was like WTF, i knew i would get taxed but not that much,

Now i am REALLY worried bout getting a kit from the USA coz it figures out about 33% of the value of the goods which u r sending so i will be paying about $350 for tax on top of the kit AND shipping too

I am SO pissed off

UK SUCKS ASS

Sorry just had to vent

that suck but there is a way around it

If you get the sender of you item to mark it as a "GIFT" Then you will not have to pay any tax =)

in canada, if i get stuff from the states, if the item is made in the USA i don't pay customs/duties, however brokerage fees still apply.
