Yo

I have a problem with my B16A F.G lsd tranny grinding on second gear,
Can this be because of the syncro wear, the need to adjust the clutch cable or lack of tranny oil i used 2 quarts of Motul and spilled alittle....I do have a new ACT clucth Heavy duty plate, organic street disk.

Well if it is grinding and you have recently replaced your tranny fluid (i am hoping you did this according to Honda's specs) then it is probably just synchros.

You can't do anything about the grind, change the tranny fluid want put in Honda MTF or GM sycrno mesh. That might help.
