Post The perfect racing game

I was playing my collection of racing games (gran turismo 3, tokyo xtreme racer, and auto modellista) the other day and admired their individual aspects. But I was thinking, there has got to be some way these developers would come out with a title that had the gran turismo graphics, game physics of tokyo, and custimization of auto modellista. Do you agree? Here is what i think would be great features.
1. of course most major manufacturers
2. most recognized aftermarket companies
3.real world cities (featuring major highways)
4.real world tracks
5.track builder(wouldn't that be fun!)
6.specialty tracks ex:dragstrips,dirt.
7.boost
8.complete costomization
9.online play
10.law enforcement on highways(more challanging)
11.race up to 10 people on tracks
12.head to head races on highways
13.voice audio like socom(imagine the profanity!)
14.data exchange ex:stickers,cars,parts?,tracks?.
15.tools to help form clans ex: buddylist, records, database, ect.
16.different classes, street,amature racing,pro racing, f1, rally, others.
17.only on ps2 and beyond

any more suggestions?

yeah fucking damage

id get the graphics of GT3, and mix in the tuner abilities of tokyo and AM, and throw in damage, and the list o mods you got, and you would have a kick ass game.

I think it would probably better off with Gt3 physics I found Tokoyo Extreme racer's to be really sloppy and all over the place GT3 is like a drving sim so its a little more real also i'd say tuning company's should play a part in games like being able to get a HKS single turbo for a Skyline instead of like the no-name turbo upgrades in Gt3
