I got my angel eyes from an English firm - Evolve. http://www.evolve-technik.co.uk/html/homecontent.htm I don't know about which ones are best. The ones from Evolve do save you from having to cut your front lenses apart to fit them. The way they are made you just fit them behind the front lenses, saves a lot of time and hassle.
