no hot air

When I am in traffic or at a stop light.I turn my fan on(vent)and thier is no hot air coming out. But once I start moving the hot air comes back. I think its because there is no water running throught . Which also leads to me overheating while in traffic.

so then just fill your cooling system up with water, although it should be leaking coolant, find the leak
