I for one, would not be surprised to see ANY international laws violated at any point in the near future.
This war in Iraq is predicated on the fact that the US accused Iraq of not respecting/and or complying with the international community and the UN. Yet, with seeming impunity, the US also shunned the UN . . . and invaded Iraq. It's interesting to watch as suddenly, rationale and LAW is tossed out like so much garbage in order for the aims of some to be realized. More interesting than that, is the fact that these aims are largely indeterminate in as much as the goals change in an attempt to avoid further scrutiny . . . scrutiny that would force a revelation of the TRUE interests at hand. - Disillusioned Rebel.
