92 lx 3.1l 5 speed for sale..help me with quote?!

hello,
I have a light blue 92 ford probe, lx v6 3.1l 5 speed for sale. it has rust on the bottom driver side and rust next to it on the fender, along with dents and rubbed of paint here and there. the engine has a ticking sound, maybe something to do with the engine burning? It only has 110,000 true miles on it. it drives excellent, it's getting new 205/60 15 tires tomorrow or the next day. there are a couple cracks in the tail lights, and the key that i have to unlock the doors only unlocks the passenger door(not even the trunk or drivers side). So the locks need to be replaced. it also needs the 1st brake cable connected to the e-brake..so that isn't functional right now. both headlights are fully functional, and all other fluids are checked every so often. like i said the oil needs to be checked once and a while. can someone give me an idea of what i should fix before i sell it so it's a little more appealing, without spending too much $$$. also, what price should i look for after i fix what ever i should fix??? i'd appreciate it if anyone could reply to this. thanks

600 is the most id pay for a car with that much shit wrong with it, but u might find a sucker to pay up to 1000 for it.
