Any experience with these items

My friend has a 1993 Honda Civic DX Coupe and wants to know how these products are in terms of quality and difference in performance from stock:
JIC SF1 Series Coilovers (Ride Quality?)
JIC Aluminum Front and Rear Strut Tower Bars (Any more response on turn in?)
HKS Dragger Exhaust (Sounds too loud?)
AEM V2 Air Induction System
Skunk2 Header and Intake Manifold
AEM Camgear

Any advice for choosing camshafts and ignition?

My friend is using the Civic for daily driving and wants it to be sportier than stock. Thanks!
