Angry 99-00 Buddy Club Bumper Support???

What are you supposed to do about the factory metal bumper support behind your factory front bumper? My Buddy club won't fit without removing it. Is there someone out there who makes a replacement support so I don't have to sacrifice safety?

You shouldn't have to remove that support, you do probably have to remove the foam in front of it, most kits don't just bolt on. You have to modify them to make the fit, it sucks but most aftermarket parts suck like that. If you take that support out and you ever get in a wreck your cars DONE!!! If you can't do it have a body shop do it, is it the real buddy club or a mold of it? The real one should fit pretty decent, are you sure you got the right bumper?

I'm pretty sure it's a knock off. I got it off ebay for $200 last year. I'll try putting it on again before taking to a body shop.

Thanx

Talking Fits now

I had to cut about an inch off the large center hole all the way around so it would fit with the factory brace. Still have to let a body shop fit it better and sand around the headlights.:flamer:
