Performance wise... Get a lip. For the "cool" factor keep the body kit. Also, what the heck wins show's these days...

I like both looks, just depends on what you're going for. I have a 98 right now, and i'm thinkin about doing a 99-00 conversion, so that might tell you how much I like your stock look. I say absolutely get rid of those rims on the second pic, they ruin your car no matter what kit you have on. Other than that, nice ride!

those rims look nice, but they are a little bit too small for a civic w/ a kit. keep em if you change back to stock... get some 17's if you wanna keep the kit.

I'm more performance minded that's why I got those 12lb 15" wheels. I do want some RH C2's.

Cp-035's or Spoons are the lightest 15's available easily. If you wanna go crazy they're some Porche one's that are lighter.

I went with the cheapest set that were made well. the spoons or cp35 were out of my price range.
