Hit 9 psi today!
9 psi with stock pulley and no boost mod! My tranny did not shift until around 5500 rpms which ramped up the boost to 9 psi on my boost guage. I was impressed! I think the tranny was still on the cold side, so did not shift as quickly. Felt like I had the tanny on 'performance shift' selection. I was just wanting to feel how well the truck pulled now that it's broken in. Felt good.

New question re boost
Haven't been able to mathc it....seems that only when the trans is shifting and the revs increase that it goes to 8 psi. Seems that when I revved the engine up to 5500- that is what increased the psi (supercharger spinning faster). When I tried to duplicate it, it seems that there is some type of release of boost. Would the boost mod remove this?

do you have a boost gauage?
I have been looking for a guage so I can see the PSI. Lotek makes one but I want my handle and speaker. Let me know.

Re: do you have a boost gauage?
Quote:
It was easy to hook up- just cut the line going to the boost solenoid, put a T in and ran the hose through the firewall where the grommet is that the rear wiper hose runs through.
