2000 bumper (front/rear) on a 97 integra

I went to the dealer today and ask them to change my 97 integra front and rear bumper to 2000 and they said that it won't fit... but i kept telling them that it will fit, all you need is to change the headlights and they agree and charging me 600 bucks for the headlights. So will this conversion work on a 97 integra?? help ya'll

The rear bumpers will bolt in. The front bumper will bolt in but you'll need the 98-00 head lights and turnsignals I've used to own a 95 gsr and did that conversion.
