Colours that impress you...

Pretty self explanitory...

Brushing detail...

Flat Black... Testors 7mL Enamel, $0.99 a bottle. The best Flat Black I have ever found, All the other ones are somewhat glossy, or have glossy and flat regions. Not nice.

Chrome Silver... ModelMaster ~10mL, $2.50 a bottle. Very, very good for shiny brush on detail, but don't ever touch it, because it doesn't seem to ever dry.

Sprays

Electric Blue... Tamiya, don't remember the TS-##. Looks gorgeous with a series of fine dust coats. Very easy to apply, stunning results.

Semigloss Black... Tamiya, don't remember the TS-##. Nice, even colour. Apply 1 or 2 mist coats on a black molded piece. Haven't tried it on any white or other colour pieces.

Post Yours!

Alclad Aluminum - $7-10 a bottle

Great, realistic aluminum finish. Very easy to spray on.

Humbrol 85 Satin Coal Black (thanks Alex!)

Best semi-gloss black for brushpainting, period.

MM Chrome Silver

Great shininess from the bottle, like said above.

Tamiya XF-1 Flat Black

Goes on nice and smooth and flat.

Tamiya XF-16

Good brush-on aluminum, goes on evenly

Tamiya TS-13

Great clear for all applications
