2002 Neon SXT

I found a 2002 SXT Neon with 40 miles on it for right aroung 10 grand. Is this a good price? Also, how dependable/reliable is this vehicle? How much money do I have to put into it to make it a "quick" car? Of what calibre is the performance is this car stock, as is? Any imput would be greatly appreciated.

They usually go for about $14 thousand new. So ya thats a good deal. As far as it being quick there are lots of things you can do to modify a new neon.
