No such thing as an explorer format. Most likely you have .bmp or .gif or something.

Well, you can right click on them, and click open with. Then just open them with software that can edit images. After that, when you save, you can save them as a bitmap, or as a jpeg image. That ought to do it.

.art is actually an AOL format, AOL uses it to shrink down pictures to smaller file size and quality so pages load faster. Go to www.download.com and search for a program. I'm sure there are free programs that will let u switch formats.

i use ACDSee for all my pic files like .gif, .jpg, .tif the only one it doesnt read is .art i have those coming up on explorer then i just right click and save as .bmp then use ACDSee.

put the pic in a photo editing program, click file, choose, save as....
Then in the bottom of the window that opens there is a drop down menu. choose JPEG and save it some where in you computer.

THat program u gave me dosent work..give me some more links so i can get a pic converter or somthing..anywayz i have some nyc pics of cars like ours.and street racing spots... a WHITE CRX with h22 in there..Everyone is scuuuured to run him on the line..anways w/b soon so i can can share the pics
