Paint problem

Has anyone evr had the problem of painting there WHOLE car then lettin it dry...puttin on the decals then puttin the clear coat on a couple days later and wen ya put the clear ALL the paint underneath of it wrinkles up (not like orangepeel)...this happened to my crx and it looks like crap now

What kind of paint you used?
What's on the body? What's the clear coat?
Enamel, Acrylic or Polyurethane?

You didn't wait long enough for the paint to gas out before putting clearcoat.

Two things come to mind....
1/Acouple of days after painting is not long enough before you clear coat. You need to wait at least 12-14 days to allow the paint to harden IMO
2/ Different brands of paint dont work together. What did you use?

i figured out that i think i am puttin too heavy of coats of paint on at a time makin the top paint eat all the paint underneath it

It sounds like you put Laquer based clear over an Enamel paint.
