Question Tachometer problems

I bought reverse guages for my car. My friend said he could put them in for me while I was at work. For some reason he pulled the tachometer needle off the pin. Now it moves like it is sticky. Do I have to buy a new cluster or is there some way to fix it? Thanks.

ur frien messed it up bad man...the needles in ur tach will never read accurate again. i say take it to ur local dealer, an see wut they can do. ur lucky he didnt do it to the speed-o. getting a new cluster won't do anything...jus take it to the shop, an find out what all they can do. its gonna be tough tho.
