im also running a stock pr3 and mine cuts off at 110mph
 muthafucka. im gonna get it chipped. but in about 2 months im going P28 yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
