About a year ago, GM had planned on putting the Bengal into production. It has since been removed from the future plans. They couldn't find a way to make money on it.

The Bengal is back in the schedule. It will be based on the upcoming Pontiac Solstice's platform, which means it'll be RWD and not FWD like the concept.

As much as I like RWD, I like FWD a little better, so that kinda bums me out, but thats ok, I work at a Pontiac-Buick-GMC dealership, so I'll get to drive the new GTO, and this new Buick.

I like RWD. I hat FWD b/c in the snow its a little better, but once you get the front's spinning and sliding. Its hard to get out of it.
